OUR RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Sweet Fortunes Unlimited purchase, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is customer satisfaction. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly - custom orders), we will certainly make it right.
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds in cases where the product was prepared and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away!
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that we are unable to refund deposits for cancelled custom orders with less than 10 days notice . In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial credit for a future purchase in the event of a cancellation. Amount of credit depends on the cost of customized products that have been purchased for the cancelled order.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
As much as we would like to, we don't pay for shipping at this time. You pay the shipping cost. We use both USPS Priority Shipping and FedEx. We will select the most economical option based on weight, size and shipping region. Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing orders and will require at least 2 business days for shipping (some regions may require additional delivery time.) We encourage you to order 10 business days to 2 weeks in advance to receive your products within your needed time.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the care of the shipping provider.
